Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Milestone Mirror at milestonemirror.com (the "Service"), operated by kitdesai LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Milestone Mirror is a photo comparison tool for parents. It allows you to create milestone frames, upload photos of your children, and view them side by side at the same ages. The Service may include both free and paid tiers with different feature sets and storage limits.

Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address or use Sign in with Apple to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent that:

  • You own or have the right to upload all content you submit
  • You have parental authority or legal guardianship over any children depicted in photos you upload
  • Your content does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party

We do not access, view, share, or use Your Content for any purpose other than providing and maintaining the Service. We do not use your photos for advertising, machine learning, or any other secondary purpose.

Free and Paid Plans

The Service may offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may include additional features, higher storage limits, or other benefits.

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected)
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, abusive, or violates the rights of others
  • Use the Service to store or distribute content unrelated to its intended purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove all of your data, including uploaded images, within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. In cases of severe or repeated violations, we may terminate immediately without notice.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining backups of any content you upload.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kitdesai LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
